Reset the ICM program as if this is your first install.
The ICM program stores a configuration file in C:\Users\Public\Software Pursuits\Image Competition Manager3\ICM3.config. If you delete this file you will be prompted for your region and ICM data location when you start the program again.
You can also use the ICM "Change Organizations" tab and click "Change Hosting Region". This will delete the configuration file mentioned above.
If your login credential are rejected when you use the ICM program, you may be pointing to the wrong region. Reset the ICM program so you can again be prompted for your region.
In cases where your database has been corrupted you can delete your ICM database and it will be re-created the next time you start the ICM program. Delete the files ICMData.mdf and ICMData_Log.ldf from your ICM data folder. Images already on your system will not need to be downloaded again.
There is no need to backup the ICM database or data on your computer. This data is on the server with your website. When you synchronize the ICM program, all needed data is downloaded. The data on the server is backed up in case of a major failure.
