Correcting Scores

Scores can be corrected by a Competition Manager.

A Competition Manager can correct scores made by judges with this procedure:

1. Select the competition to judge with “Judge”, “Judging Queue for Website Judging”.
2. Uncheck “The assigning of all awards has been completed”.
3. Select the name of the judge needing the correction from the list in the “Judging Status” section of the page.
4. You are now processing entries as if your were the judge.
5. Uncheck “My scores, rankings, and critiques have been completed for all Competition Levels”.
6. Select a Competition Level to judge.
7. Alter the scores on the thumbnail.
8. Click “Save Updates”.
9. Check “My scores, rankings, and critiques have been completed for all Competition Levels”.
10. Select “Group Critique” to return to running as a Competition Manager.
11. Assign any additional awards.
12. Check “The assigning of all awards has been completed”.

A judge can also correct their own scores as long as they have not checked, “The assigning of all awards has been completed”.
