The SPIAgent Return Code 225 indicates a problem logging in with the username and password defined for the SPIAgent in question in Tools | SPIAgent Setup.
Please try the following:
- In the SureSync desktop, go to the Tools menu, select SPIAgent Setup and then select the problem SPIAgent machine from the "Select a computer from the list to edit its settings" drop down menu. Verify that the UserID is correct and enter the password again.
- Make sure the UserID is defined as domain\userid or machinename\userid.
- Make sure you have entered the UserID with a backslash ’\’ and not a forwardslash ’/’. A forward slash will result in the 225 error.
