SPIAgent Return Code 202 encountered when clicking test for a SPIAgent in SPIAgent Setup

This error indicates that the name of the SPIAgent is incorrect. The name listed in the ’Select a computer from this list to edit its settings’ drop-down menu must be the NetBIOS machine name of the machine that is running the SPIAgent in question. For example, if the NetBIOS name of the machine in question is Server2 then it must be named Server2 in the drop-down menu. You cannot use a random name like SureSyncServer or the communication will fail with this error.
