Lock Status does not display blocked or available notifications when it should

When a user opens a file and is blocked by file locking, Lock Status is supposed to display a notification about the block. Windows settings can prevent this from happening.

Windows has the option to suppress all notifications, which will stop Lock Status from being able to display the pop-up notifications when encountering a locked file.

To check this setting, click on the Start Menu and go to Settings. Click on System and then Notifications. If the "Get notifications from apps and other senders" option is off, Lock Status will not be able to display notifications.
