Change Journal size increased from x to y

SureSync uses the NTFS Change Journal to monitor for changes on the file system. The Change Journal must be of a large enough size to store adequate history to avoid SureSync having to trigger full rescans due to a journal record being purged out of the journal.

If SureSync determines the Change Journal to be too small, it will increase the size of the Change Journal.
