You may be referencing the wrong server location.
If you are using the same credential you use for your website and your attempt to synchronized fails, you probably have the ICM program referencing the wrong server location. Here is how to fix the problem:
- Delete ICM3.config from Documents\Software Pursuits\Image Competition Manager3.
- Install the current version of the ICM program using your website menu “Help”, “Install the Image Competition Manager”.
- Start the ICM program. You will be prompted for your hosting location (North America or Australia) and ICM data folder.
Everything should work fine when this is complete.
